Order, cancellation and return

Order process and delivery

Once you have selected suitable products on our website and would like to place an order, please order on the website or call 07897607283 and submit your order. You can also place an order through the services of our partners – Uber Eats, Just Eat, and Deliveroo. Please ensure that the information provided is correct. Once an order has been submitted, we are working on it, and changes will not be possible.

Changing or canceling an order

Once your order has been submitted and approved, we or our partner services (Uber Eats, Just Eat, and Deliveroo) are no longer obligated to change or cancel your order.

Purchase returns

If you are not satisfied with the quality of the goods delivered to you, you can hand them over to the courier at the time of delivery. If you notice any discrepancies or quality issues with the product after the courier has already left, please notify us within 24 hours of receiving your order by emailing food4joyy@gmail.com.

The refund for the returned item will be transferred to your bank account from which the order was placed within 5 (five) business days after the date of return of the item.
